Metamage starts with decent level in skeletarius (the best summon) and corpofrigo (a debuff that is a guaranteed Lightning find you with SP* 12, does damage and lasts a big longer). The only pity about Elves is that they can't cast Paralysis (better than Sleep Select Drakensang and press Fullscreensize. And voila. This works (Thanks!) and you don't necessarily need the Fullscreenizer software but then you have windowed mode logically (small borders) and you need to delete the profile file from Documents every time before you start the game. If you are as wary of unknown softwares as I am.

For myself I tried NWN's and couldn't get into it, but had no problem with Drakensang games. River of Time is the prequel to Drakensang: The Dark Eye, but I'd recommend playing Drakensang: The Dark Eye first, River of Time added some features that make it more / easier playable like teleport points for quick travel.
